In response to feedback from recent patient surveys, Wilmslow Health Centre has built a new confidentiality desk in reception. Patients requiring more confidentiality when discussing matters with receptionists are now able to speak to receptionists without fear of being overhear. If you would like more privacy in your encounters with reception, just ask a receptionist who will happily talk to you across the new desk.
