A carer is anyone who provides unpaid care for a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability or mental health problems, needs their support.
You do not need to live with the person you care for. Some carers are under the age of 18.
We are a carer-friendly practice. Please tell your doctor, nurse or receptionist if you are a carer so that we can support you appropriately and share relevant information.
