A carer is anyone who cares unpaid for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability or mental health problems needs their support.

You do not need to live with the person cared for. Some carers are under the age of 18.

We are a carer friendly practice so please tell your doctor, nurse or receptionist  that you are a carer so that we know you look after somebody. We can supply you with more information that can support you.
