Cartoon characters who have just been vaccinated

Please remember to bring the barcoded letter you received in the mail.
This is extremely important as it helps us to be more efficient and ensures a smoother process for all patients on the day. Help us to help you!

If you have indicated that you wish to receive your COVID vaccine at the same time, you will have been sent a further letter for you to complete and bring with you on the day.
You will need to bring BOTH letters with you.

Parking and Traffic

We anticipate that parking at the health centre will be sparse and traffic heavy due to roadworks and activity at neighbouring practices. Please try to park away from the centre and use the parking behind Sainsbury’s and Hoopers.

To ensure a safe and efficient vaccination process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Queues will be managed using a one-way system.
  • Throughput needs to be smooth and fast, with patients moving out of the area as soon as they have had their vaccination—spending no more than 10 minutes on site.
  • To avoid crowds, patients are asked to stagger their attendance at the session according to their surname as set out below.

Currently, the weather forecast looks dry, but please dress appropriately in case of rain.

We look forward to seeing you!
